Do you ever wonder WHERE you're gain your Pregnancy weight - tummy, hips, thighs and legs or arms?
Lately I've been getting a great emails asking how they generally is those lucky pregnant ladies who only gain weight by their tummy. Good question!
And the answer (or can i say TRICK) lies on your body TYPE.
There are four basic physique for women and either typically carries weight the following:
- The "Apple" will carry large numbers of her weight around her middle and entire body.
- The "Pear" will carry her weight in their hips, bum, upper thighs, and upper arms.
- The "Celery" will carry large numbers of her weight in her tummy area.
- The "Cauliflower" will carry her weight uniformly throughout her body.
Generally (and I mean generally as this is NOT an exact art! ), you will gain weight in the areas in would normally carry the actual pre-Pregnancy weight. For case study, I am a Pear and i gained most of my weight it is my opinion tummy, but also a little extra on my bum, body and thighs!
So, having got a good idea of WHERE you're likely to gain your weight, I'm sure your next question is How does one control it?
The worst reaction you can have is diet, so put that written by a mind right away! Just be certain that do is learn to be able to and exercise RIGHT for your type.
That's right, a Pear should consume certain foods and subject specific exercises. The same applies to the Apple.
So, if you can't diet - what's left individually?
1. Eat a in perfect shape diet, including whole sprays, good quality protein and much fresh vegetables;
2. Eat 3-6 mini-meals time;
3. Avoid highly listed, sugary foods, like inflatible donuts and packaged cereals;
4. Keep active and do the good "activity" daily - please get on with my book to uncover the difference between exercise and that activity(Note: please make sure to examine with your health Care provider before you start any kind of exercise program);
5. Get good quality sleep - if you find yourself tired you're greatly predisposed to choose fast, comfortableness foods, which are that contains salt, fat and glucose; and
6. Manage your stress - it contributes emotional rather than physical eating and mean you gain unnecessary weight!
All overall...
Know that shedding all your Pregnancy pounds after delivery does not have to be a struggle. By all means, you can look MY DEAR CHUM again, so put from your fears aside. And a person work with (and not against) personal self type - i. a. eat, exercise and dress for your type (for more information please seek advice from my book).
Weight gain during Pregnancy is an effective thing, but you do don't want using Pregnancy as reason to eat the house as well as be sorry! I see this in most cases with women who have difficulty with their weight, sure enough after baby arrives. Systems work efficiently yourself a favor and now have Care of yourself AT THIS MOMENT!
